Dr. Melodee Harris an Assistant Professor and Specialty Coordinator of the UAMS Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Program. She is a 2007-2009 John A. Hartford Scholar. Dr. Harris is the Co-Investigator on the $1.9 HRSE Advanced Practice Nursing Education grant. She is a board-certified gerontologial nurse practitioner with a geropsychiatric nursing practice in rural Arkansas nursing homes. She is the Principal Investigator of the Accelerating Interprofessional Community-Based Education and Practice grant.
