Amy Burt, M-OT
Assistant Professor, West Virginia University

Amy is an Assistant Professor in the WVU Division of Occupational Therapy.  Her primary teaching responsibilities include Introduction to Pediatrics in OT, Health and Wellness in OT, and Anatomy.  Amy has incorporated many Interprofessional education activities into her coursework for her students to experience collaboration with a variety of disciplines, both healthcare and education based.  Amy is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh where she earned her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy, and she is currently enrolled in the EdD program in Educational Psychology at WVU.  Prior to WVU, Amy worked as a pediatrics occupational therapist for 12 years.
