Dusti Annan-Coultas is Assistant Professor and Director of Operations in the Office of Interprofessional Initiatives at the Medical University of South Carolina. Dr. Annan’s background is in the area of education and instructional technology, and her teaching and research interests include teaching innovations, interprofessional education, and faculty development. Dr. Annan serves as Course Director of Interprofessional 710: Transforming Healthcare for the Future, an introductory course on interprofessional education for MUSC students.
Presenting at the Nexus Summit:
Participate in an "escape room" online game designed to challenge small interprofessional groups of students with a set of engaging tasks that demand effective communication, leadership skills, efficient collaboration, and interprofessional cooperation.
This skills workshop will review the components of Team Up for Better Teaching, a fourteen-week institution-wide program designed to promote IP education, practice, and research that may serve as an exemplary model for other academic institutions to help build capacity to meet their IP needs.
