Jan Froehlich, MS OTR/L has taught psychosocial occupational therapy, effective communication, cultural competence, group interventions and research classes for 28 years. Her scholarship addresses culturally effective communication, interprofessional education, the occupation of parenting, and playfulness in the practitioner.
Presenting at the Nexus Summit:
Experience a case-based learning simulation of IPE collaboration by faculty, students and a local interprofessional team of clinicians from nursing, social work, occupational therapy, pharmacy and physical therapy. Explore campus to community experiences to enhance development of teamwork, communication, ethics, and roles and responsibilities in team-based care.
