Jeanne Gibson is a collaborative change leader in healthcare and has served in various leadership roles during her 20 year tenure at UnitedHealth Group. She is currently Director at the Center for Clinician Advancement after leading disease management nurses and serving quality and audit roles. Along her tenure she earned Six Sigma Black Belt certification and as Master Black Belt led projects resulting in over $10 million in medical cost savings. She engages in thoughtful considerations on how we develop, engage and encourage our clinicians to drive consumer focused care, analytic-based ideation and evidence-based practice.
