Jennifer is a Director at the Center for Clinician Advancement at one of the country’s largest employers of nurses. She is a strategic business leader delivering transformational change in the healthcare system. She builds and leads strategic initiatives that enable and empower clinicians to help people live healthier lives. She has 20+ years experience in a variety of leadership roles. Jennifer has an MBA in Healthcare Management and is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt. Jennifer received the 2017 Women’s Health Leadership TRUST award for innovation and entrepreneurship and the 2015 Wall Street Journal and Capella University Business Leader Award.
