Karem Garcia has a background in clinical psychology and data management.   As the Clinical Quality Manager at Crossroads, Karem oversees all aspects of clinical compliance and quality of care at Crossroads,  to include the development of cost – efficient, evidenced based, sustainable clinical programs that respond to the care needs of clients suffering from substance use disorders.   Karem considers the  SHOW-Crossroads expansion a major professional accomplishment, as it made it possible for Crossroads to respond to the complex care needs of the “underserved” client,  while minimizing costs and maximizing affordability of quality care.
