Dr. Leonie Declerk is an Assistant Professor and Director of the BSN to DNP Program at the UAMS College of Nursing. She is a family nurse practitioner and is routinely involved in the UAMS IPE 12th Street Clinic. Dr. Declerk is a Co-Investigator on the Accelerating Interprofessional Community-Based Education and Practice grant.  She assists in the development of the didactic, simulation, and student experiences at the 12th Street Clinic.
