Patricia A. Reidy, DNP, FNP-BC is Associate Professor and Director of the Advance Practice and Certificate programs in the School of Nursing  at the MGH Institute.  She is a project director for a HRSA funded grant implementing an interprofessional program for nurse practitioner, speech, physical and occupational therapy students working with clients with multiple chronic conditions.  She also oversees a HRSA funded academic-clinical partnership supporting an interprofessional student-faculty collaborative practice.

Values and ethics are a core domain of interprofessional collaborative practice, yet many faculty struggle with how to best “teach” moral reasoning.  This session will provide an overview of evidence-based ethics learning activities for use in interprofessional classroom discussions, simulations, and clinical education.
