Rachel Carpentier, PharmD, BCPP is a Medication Therapy Management Pharmacist with Fairview Pharmacy Services.  She practices at the University of Minnesota Psychiatry Clinic.  She received her Board Certification in Psychiatric Pharmacy in 2017 and her Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy in 2012.  She meets individually with patients to provide pharmaceutical care and ensure medication therapy is indicated, effective, safe and convenient. She assists in identification of drug therapy problems and asserts medication recommendations to providers. She has performed medication therapy management visits focused on a multitude of psychiatric disorders including psychosis.
